Manager Solutions Consulting (Sales): Lead and scale a team of Solutions Consultants supporting AMER Enterprise and Strategic accounts, driving consultative strategies and technical pre- and post-sales alignment. Location: San Francisco, CA or New York, NY hubs, or remote within the United States
Salary: $179,200 - $288,000 USD annually

What you will do
- Lead and motivate a diverse team of Solutions Consultants across AMER
- Participate in customer and prospect meetings alongside your team
- Assist in continual training, mentorship, hiring, and career growth
- Define and execute technical pre- and post-sales strategies cross-functionally
- Build and implement programs to scale Solutions Consultants and increase impact
- Monitor team performance and support goal achievement
Requirements
- Must be located in the United States or able to work remotely within the US
- 3+ years frontline management experience leading Solutions Consultants or Sales Engineers
- 8+ years customer-facing technical experience in SaaS roles such as Sales Engineering or Solutions Consulting
- Strong communication skills for technical and executive audiences
- Proven ability to design strategic programs and coach teams effectively
- Experience collaborating with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Support teams
Nice to have
- Experience using or working with Figma
- Experience working across multiple time zones
- Knowledge of light scripting, querying, or prototyping
