• Drive the technology architecture and implement IT and data strategy for the Argentine entity.
• Oversee IT governance, including board presentations and representation in key group committees.
• Coordinate complex transformation programs, customer migrations, and operational model setups.
• Build a global, reliable, scalable, and resilient tech ecosystem.
• Collaborate across the team, Operations, and Product departments.

Requirements

• Must be based in Argentina
• 7+ years of experience in IT architecture within the finance sector.
• Deep familiarity with Argentina Central Bank regulatory and security requirements.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity, outsourcing, risk management, and data risk frameworks.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering or a relevant field.
• English: C1 proficiency required
