Software Engineer (Java)

Location: Relocation to Poland, Portugal, or Spain with flexibility to work remotely or hybrid in offices in Barcelona, Madrid, Lisbon, Porto, or Kraków

What you will do

• Build mobile APIs and develop microservices to evolve architecture
• Improve critical systems like risk management, fraud detection, and payment processing
• Focus on greenfield development and enhancement of existing systems

Requirements

• Fluency in English
• 6+ years of backend development experience
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, maths, physics, or similar
• Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills
• Quick learner with ambitious, results-driven attitude

Nice to have

• Experience with Kotlin or Scala
• Experience in finance
• Experience in startup or scale-up environments
