What you will do
- Diagnose and resolve faults on workstations, peripherals, and office equipment.
- Install and configure Windows and macOS systems according to IT policies.
- Manage user access, VPN connectivity, and MFA configurations.
- Prioritize and process support tickets using JIRA or ServiceNow.
- Create documentation, FAQs, and guides to assist end-users.
- Collaborate with IT teams to optimize processes and reduce recurring incidents.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent practical experience.
- Fluent Dutch and strong English communication skills.
- Solid knowledge of Windows and macOS environments.
- Hands-on experience with hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with Active Directory and networking concepts.
Nice to have
- Experience with SCCM, JAMF, or mobile device management (MDM) solutions.
