What you will do

• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline to exceed annual sales targets.
• Act as a trusted consultant to benefits executives and healthcare consultants.
• Deliver compelling product presentations and represent the company as a subject matter expert.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide prospect feedback and influence the product roadmap.
• Understand the competitive landscape to effectively position benefit offerings.
• Forecast accurately and work collaboratively across the sales organization.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States and authorized to work without sponsorship.
• 8+ years of experience selling healthcare products or point solutions into employer groups.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Experience working with consulting firms or vendors providing ancillary benefits.
• Ability to travel up to 40% for client and partner meetings.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, specifically Salesforce.
