What you will do

• Perform system installation, calibration, retrofitting, and troubleshooting of test equipment.
• Manage customer production issues, taking ownership until full resolution is achieved.
• Develop and implement comprehensive support plans to reduce equipment downtime and maintenance costs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional groups and customer maintenance teams to deliver on service commitments.
• Facilitate the transfer of application knowledge from specifier teams to production support during release phases.
• Provide technical expertise on hardware and software to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Degree in electronics engineering or a related field.
• Experience working with customers in the semiconductor test area.
• Ability to work under high pressure and adapt to constant requirement changes.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive working attitude.
• Must be based in Jubei City, Taiwan.

Nice to have

• Experience with ATE (Automated Test Equipment).
• Experience with handler/prober hardware docking integration.
• Understanding of Silicon photonics, CPO (Co-Packaged Optics), and PIC measurement or testing.
• Fluent English proficiency.
