• Own the full lifecycle of events and gifting campaigns from concept to analysis.
• Develop creative initiatives to re-engage inactive players and reduce churn.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align campaigns with brand goals.
• Track performance and report on ROI to optimize future initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Event Management, Luxury Concierge, or Loyalty Marketing.
• Strong commercial mindset with a focus on ROI and performance targets.
• Excellent project management skills for handling complex logistics and budgets.
• Ability to work with player data and hit KPIs.
• Exceptional communication skills for engaging with high-net-worth individuals and vendors.
• Knowledge of U.S. sports and events is a strong advantage.
