What you will do

• Ensure compliance with customer and industry requirements including IATF, PPAP, APQP, and 8D reporting.
• Coordinate activities before and after Start of Production (SOP) to ensure customer satisfaction and positive scorecards.
• Lead task force coordination for root cause analysis (8D/A3) and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Manage customer portals and maintain updated Control Plans and PFMEA.
• Perform LPA audits and lead customer audits to ensure full compliance.
• Drive the product release process and promote a quality culture through lessons learned and benchmarking.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Electronics, or a similar field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in customer-focused quality assurance and new product launches.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1).
• Experience managing Ford customer portals is preferred.
