Salary: 9,000 – 17,000 PLN

What you will do

• Implement gameplay features and sub-systems in Unreal Engine according to provided designs and specifications.
• Collaborate with designers, artists, and other programmers to ensure seamless integration of gameplay elements.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable C++ code following team standards and best practices.
• Debug and optimize code to ensure overall game performance and stability.
• Participate in technical discussions, propose solutions, and conduct code reviews.
• Create clear technical documentation for the developed features.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a Gameplay Programmer.
• Credit as a programmer in at least one commercial video game.
• Working knowledge of Gameplay Ability System (GAS) and Gameplay Tags.
• Basic familiarity with multiplayer game development and networking in UE.
• Intermediate Polish (B1/B2) and Intermediate English (B1/B2) proficiency.
• Strong C++ knowledge and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• High proficiency in Unreal Engine and C++.
• Knowledge of SOLID principles and common design patterns.
• Fluent English (C1/C2 level).
• Passion for cRPG and P&P RPG.
