What you will do

• Act as primary contact for property owners to ensure client objectives are met and deliver accurate reporting.
• Manage tenant needs and implement effective care programs to maximize retention.
• Direct the preparation of monthly reports and annual operating and capital budgets.
• Oversee lease administration activities and monitor contracted terms impacting financial performance.
• Manage sourcing, procurement, and vendor contract compliance to achieve savings.
• Supervise, recruit, and mentor the assigned property management team.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of relevant experience in commercial office, retail, and industrial properties.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Real Estate License required where mandatory by local regulation.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel), Yardi or MRI, and CMMS.
• Currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• CPM or RPA professional designation or candidacy.
• Knowledge of Kardin software.
