What you will do

• Lead project workstreams, managing project scope, budget, and timelines.
• Develop intelligent automation solutions including RPA, IDP, BPM, and Conversational AI.
• Analyze data and information to provide strategic recommendations to clients.
• Manage the entire project lifecycle and serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related activities.
• Collaborate with automation teams to deliver solutions that address complex business problems.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to improve consulting service offerings.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in automation (UiPath).
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Strong track record of project management and data analysis.
• Knowledgeable in consulting areas such as strategy, transformation, digitization, or technology.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills.

Nice to have

• UiPath RPA Developer Certification.
• Python coding skills or willingness to grow technical capabilities.
• Experience in Automation Anywhere or Power Automate.
• Interest in process mining (Celonis, UiPath Process Mining), low-code platforms (Power Apps), or conversational AI (Cognigy, Druid).
• Exposure to consulting environments or client-facing roles.
