What you will do

• Own the end-to-end design and delivery of complex Genesys Cloud solutions for enterprise customers.
• Lead engaging customer demonstrations to showcase the value and capability of the Genesys Cloud portfolio.
• Act as a technical advisor, translating customer requirements into scalable and innovative solutions.
• Support bids, proposals, and customer engagements through technical expertise and solution shaping.
• Provide technical leadership by reviewing designs, setting standards, and mentoring colleagues.
• Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to drive continuous improvement in design principles and governance.

Requirements

• Strong Genesys Cloud expertise with proven experience in contact center and CX solution design.
• Proven capability in end-to-end solution design from concept to implementation.
• Excellent customer engagement skills for consulting with senior stakeholders.
• Experience in technical leadership, design governance, and mentoring.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for delivering complex technical concepts.

Nice to have

• Genesys Cloud certifications.
• Experience supporting bids, tenders, and pre-sales activities.
• Understanding of commercial and operational considerations in solution design.
• Ability to contribute to strategic technology roadmaps.
