TL;DR

Location: Must be based in Washington, DC. Requirement to work onsite 4-5 days per week.
Salary: $65,000 – $71,000 yearly

What you will do
- Provide first-point-of-contact IT support via phone, chat, and in-person at the TechBar.
- Execute break-fix support for various technical IT issues.
- Triage and fulfill customer requests while maintaining ownership and communication.
- Meet and deliver on team performance targets and established SLAs.
- Deliver high-quality customer service to all internal employees and partners.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in an IT or technical support environment.
- Proficiency with Windows, Mac OSX, Office 365, and Active Directory.
- Experience with mobile device management (MDM) tools.
- Knowledge of ITIL fundamentals and SLA management.
- Must be able to work onsite in Washington, DC 4-5 days per week.
- Flexible schedule capable of covering later shifts, weekends, or holidays.
