Sr. Network Engineer (Networking)

What you will do

• Resolve complex LAN/WLAN/WAN issues and manage network communications equipment.
• Serve as the regional point of contact for network issues across Europe.
• Configure and troubleshoot multi-protocol routing and network management issues.
• Advise on the design, deployment, and standardization of network infrastructure to support MHS missions.
• Coordinate with Government staff, medical personnel, and internal standards teams to optimize connectivity.

Requirements

• Active Secret clearance is mandatory.
• DoD 8570.01 / 8570.01-M compliance at IAM Level III or equivalent.
• DoD Health Care Information Systems experience is required.
• Mastery of networking protocols: TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, and 802-series standards.
• Experience with SolarWinds Orion, ARMIS, and Ansible.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering plus 5 years experience, or vocational school plus 10 years experience.
• CCNP and CISSP certifications are required.
