Salary: $97,000 – $139,000 (Total annual cash compensation)

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end implementation and oversight for Managed Accounts portfolios, including trade modeling and execution.
• Strengthen portfolio oversight, monitoring, and governance to ensure alignment with product design and investment objectives.
• Execute pre-trade compliance controls and resolve complex operational issues in partnership with portfolio managers.
• Collaborate with internal IS partners and external vendors to prioritize and support system enhancements.
• Facilitate communication between trading desks, settlements, and technology teams to ensure accurate portfolio implementation.

Requirements

• University degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in portfolio management, trading, or investment operations.
• CFA Level 1 or CIM certification required.
• Must be licensed as Associate Advising Representative (OSC).
• Current work authorization for Canada is required.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Nice to have

• Experience as a portfolio trader or in similar investment operations roles.
• Proficiency in Access, VBA, and programming languages such as Python.
