Location: Must have current work authorization for Canada. Flexible hybrid schedule (options for 100% remote, hybrid, or in-office). Current office in Toronto, moving to Mississauga in late 2026.

What you will do
- Act as the IS owner for major strategic projects, overseeing their development and overall success.
- Drive innovation and strategic planning, reporting directly to the Chief Technology Officer.
- Establish, manage, and control budgets and long-term planning for the development team.
- Collaborate with senior business leaders and external partners to align standards, processes, and project delivery.
- Implement innovative technology solutions to drive business improvements and IT cost efficiencies.
Requirements
- University degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in senior-level management positions.
- 7-10 years of experience within the financial services industry.
- Current work authorization for Canada is required.
- Experience overseeing complex IT systems, enterprise technologies, and management information systems.

- Experience using AI within the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
