Sales Assistant (Entertainment)

What you will do

• Manage administrative budgets, process payments and invoices, and reconcile expense reports in coordination with Finance.
• Support the sales and marketing teams in organizing events, sourcing vendors, and managing promotional materials.
• Coordinate FAMS (familiarization trips), including arranging hotel bookings, tickets, and detailed itineraries.
• Handle scheduling, travel arrangements, and maintenance of the LATAM regional calendar.
• Act as the primary point of contact for UPC requests in Spanish.
• Maintain partner mailing lists and oversee the logistics and inventory of promotional giveaways.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a relevant field.
• Proven work experience as an assistant.
• Advanced or fluent English proficiency (C1).
• Ability to work onsite in Mexico City.
• Proficiency in MS Office and standard office equipment.
• This position is temporary for one year.
