What you will do

• Architect end-to-end user support experiences treating support as a systems engineering challenge.
• Build internal tools and workflows to automate manual tasks and maintain team velocity.
• Design and implement the optimal form factors for solving user and team pain points, including custom forums and tooling.
• Develop features that act as force multipliers, converting linear effort into exponential results.

Requirements

• English: Native proficiency required for effective technical communication and documentation.
• Senior-level experience in full-stack engineering, from frontend UI to resilient backend systems.
• Ability to debug complex technical issues, including tracing code paths and working with *nix systems.
• Working knowledge of the DevTools and infrastructure space, specifically Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms.
• Capacity to autonomously lead and implement support experiences across the customer lifecycle.
• A hacker mindset with strong pattern recognition and root-cause analysis skills.
