What you will do

• Process and track open RMA orders to ensure timely resolution.
• Collaborate with production, purchasing, warehouse, and accounting teams to close orders.
• Handle physical loading and unloading of RMA materials using lifting devices.
• Manage data and process changes within the INFOR ERP system.
• Verify quality checks and maintain accurate documentation for all returns.
• Communicate with vendors regarding replacements, credit notes, and delivery discrepancies.

Requirements

• Must be able to work 100% in-office in Surrey, B.C.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in warehouse or shipping operations.
• Valid forklift certification and at least one year of operating experience.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting up to 50lbs.
• Access to a reliable vehicle for travel between company sites.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
