What you will do

• Copy edit, design, and proofread print newspaper pages.
• Write strong and accurate headlines and other display copy.
• Ensure high attention to detail while adhering to strict daily deadlines.
• Operate within a fast-paced news environment for US-based clients.

Requirements

• Background in journalism.
• Solid experience in print newspaper page design and proofreading.
• Must currently reside in Canada.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work evening and weekend shifts (including shifts until 12:30 a.m. ET).
