What you will do

• Oversee daily reconciliation of client and firm cash positions using AutoRek, ensuring strict adherence to internal control standards.
• Lead the investigation and resolution of reconciliation breaks by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Produce and distribute daily liquidity and cash management MI reports to ensure regulatory alignment.
• Liaise with Treasury and Financial Control teams to monitor compliance with client money regulations and liquidity buffers.
• Support the implementation of a Treasury Management System and the on-boarding of new products from a Finance Operations perspective.
• Coordinate internal and external audit activities, specifically CASS audits, and maintain process documentation.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Financial Services with exposure to reconciliation, cash management, and Treasury Management Systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with financial systems.
• Excellent English communication skills (C1) for liaising with banking institutions and auditors.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
