Engineering Manager (Frontend)

Location: Vilnius (4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote)

Salary: €6,000–€7,600 gross/month

What you will do

• Spend approximately 70% of time hands-on shipping code using React, Next.js, and PHP/Laravel.
• Lead a small senior team of four (Frontend, Backend, and QA), managing planning, 1:1s, and goal-setting.
• Collaborate with CRO, Data, Acquisition, and Customer Support teams to implement A/B tests and build funnels.
• Drive the adoption of AI-assisted development tools within the engineering team.
• Own technical performance metrics, focusing on page load speeds, cleaner error tracking, and refactoring.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading or mentoring engineers while remaining hands-on in the codebase.
• Strong proficiency in React and Next.js for daily development.
• Fluent in English and Lithuanian.
• Must be based in Vilnius to support the hybrid work model.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with AI coding assistants such as Cursor or GitHub Copilot.
• Professional background in eCommerce or fast-moving DTC product environments.
