Salary: $99,750 – $133,000 annually + 14% target incentives

What you will do

• Lead service delivery functions for identity management and workplace endpoint security solutions.
• Execute implementation projects including upgrades, installations, migrations, and security policy design.
• Configure and troubleshoot cloud security tools such as M365 Defender, Defender for Cloud, and Sentinel.
• Mentor and develop the technical and soft skills of Consultants, Engineers, and Technicians.
• Act as a subject matter expert for clients and represent the company at trade shows and events.
• Collaborate with architects and project managers to deliver detailed Statements of Work.

Requirements

• Based in Toronto, Calgary, or Vancouver, Canada.
• 5+ years of experience in a client-facing professional services role or 7+ years of related industry experience.
• Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
• Current certifications: Microsoft Certified Security Operations Analyst Associate and Security Administrator Associate.
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
