What you will do
- Execute high-priority demand generation operations initiatives across marketing systems, BDR operations, and GTM processes.
- Own demand generation transformation projects across digital, event, and field marketing channels.
- Optimize BDR operations, including routing logic, data quality, and pipeline progression for inbound and outbound motions.
- Identify operational gaps and inefficiencies to drive resolution through process improvement and system changes.
- Support cross-functional projects such as lead-to-cash improvements and AI-enabled workflow initiatives.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in B2B SaaS Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or Demand Generation.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation, lead management, and campaign execution processes.
- Experience supporting BDR or sales development organizations, including prospecting workflows and pipeline management.
- Proven ability to execute cross-functional transformation initiatives, such as process redesign or system implementation.
- Must be based in California, USA
Nice to have
- Familiarity with CRM, Marketing Automation, ABM, and Sales Engagement platforms.
- Experience supporting AI-enabled or data-driven GTM workflows.
- Ability to drive execution in ambiguous situations without predefined playbooks.
