What you will do

• Lead the technical evaluation process for enterprise deals, including architecture reviews and working POCs.
• Own the hiring plan and scale the Solutions Engineering team.
• Define global standards for discovery, demos, and POC scoping to ensure consistent deal quality.
• Manage capacity and deal assignment while coaching the team on live calls.
• Develop a reusable artifact library featuring reference architectures and integration patterns.
• Analyze technical win rates and time-to-go-live to provide data-driven product feedback to engineering.

Requirements

• 6+ years in a technical customer-facing role and 2+ years managing Sales Engineers or Solutions Architects.
• Proven track record of hiring and scaling technical sales teams.
• Ability to write code, build integrations, read API responses, and debug webhooks.
• Experience with voice and telephony infrastructure such as SIP, Twilio, Genesys, or Five9.
• Must be based in San Francisco for a hybrid work arrangement.
