What you will do

• Design, train, and validate machine learning models for complex operating room environments.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate models with data lakes and deploy them to production.
• Own the full model lifecycle, including data curation, training, validation, deployment, and maintenance.
• Develop models within the Proximie environment for dynamic training and evaluation.
• Document technical solutions and share knowledge across the engineering team.

Requirements

• Proven experience in designing and deploying machine learning models in production.
• Strong proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Experience with computer vision and multimodal learning techniques.
• Familiarity with MLOps practices, model monitoring, and cloud platforms like AWS.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
