What you will do

- Analyze RFPs, RFQs, and ITBs to ensure full requirement alignment.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather technical information for submissions.
- Maintain a database of bid performance and industry trends.
- Provide training and support to junior staff members.
Requirements
- Must be based in the Philippines
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or English
- 3-5 years of experience in bid writing or government contracting
- Strong understanding of US government procurement processes
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Nice to have
- Experience in apartment rental or pest control industries
- Professional certification in proposal management (e.g., APMP)
