What you will do

• Manage and expand the global intellectual property portfolio through proactive registration.
• Provide legal guidance for product launches, including conducting patentability and freedom-to-operate searches.
• Handle pre-dispute matters and active litigation regarding IP infringement in the UK and international markets.
• Draft and prosecute patent applications before the EPTO and international offices.
• Partner with business units to find compliant pathways for launching new technological features.
• Mitigate risks associated with IP infringement claims and defensive processes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in intellectual property law.
• Expertise in registration, infringement claims, and defensive IP strategies.
• Experience preparing, filing, and prosecuting patent applications before the EPTO or international offices.
• Must be based in the UK or Spain with the ability to work in a hybrid or remote capacity.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced technology environment.
