What you will do
- Architect and implement AI integration connective tissue for complex customer environments.
- Build and deploy agentic AI applications and multi-agent systems.
- Collaborate closely with customer engineering teams to solve integration challenges.
- Convert field-tested patterns into reusable, scalable modules.
- Implement observability frameworks and evaluation pipelines to ensure system performance.
- Transition AI prototypes into robust, production-ready workflows.
Requirements
- Proficiency in French and German is required.
- Strong experience in building and deploying LLM-based applications.
- Expertise in Python and modern web frameworks like React.
- Deep understanding of agentic workflows, tool-calling, and state management.
- Experience with model evaluation, optimization, and observability frameworks.
- Ability to work effectively in a customer-facing engineering capacity.
