What you will do

• Lead the identification and assessment of risks across new products, business relationships, and expansions.
• Partner with senior management to provide assurance on operational risks and monitor key risk indicators.
• Build and maintain relationships with regulators and provide guidance on regulatory changes.
• Develop and monitor local risk registers with embedded controls.
• Advise the Board on risk profile and the suitability of the risk management framework.
• Manage outstanding risk issues from audits and lead the local Risk team.

Requirements

• Must be based in Singapore or have the ability to work from there.
• Degree in business, economics, finance, or a related field.
• Proven track record in risk management within banking, fintech, or payments.
• Strong technical background with analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with sharp attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Master's degree.
• Familiarity with the Singapore business environment and regulatory landscape.
• Experience building and scaling a regional hub model.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Familiarity with credit and financial risk management.
