Location: Must be based in Monterrey, Mexico (Hybrid: 3 days in office)

What you will do

• Research, identify, and develop new carrier relationships to expand the transportation network.
• Negotiate competitive freight rates and carrier agreements while maintaining strong business relationships.
• Support pricing initiatives by sourcing market-competitive transportation costs for new and existing business opportunities.
• Analyze market conditions, carrier capacity, and pricing trends to support strategic pricing decisions.
• Collaborate with Pricing, Carrier Sales, and Operations teams to secure capacity and deliver competitive solutions.
• Track, analyze, and report weekly KPIs related to carrier development and procurement performance.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Carrier Procurement, Carrier Sales, Pricing, or Freight Brokerage.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and networking skills.
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a large team.
• Strong planning and time management skills.
• Flexibility to adapt to business needs and industry changes.
