What you will do

• Research and identify new carrier relationships to expand the transportation network.
• Evaluate carrier capabilities, performance, and geographic coverage.
• Negotiate competitive freight rates and maintain strategic carrier agreements.
• Support pricing initiatives by sourcing market-competitive transportation costs.
• Collaborate with Pricing, Carrier Sales, and Operations teams to secure capacity.
• Track and report weekly KPIs related to procurement performance and pricing effectiveness.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Carrier Procurement, Carrier Sales, Pricing, or Freight Brokerage.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and networking skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a large team.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and industry fluctuations.
• Strong planning and time management capabilities.
