What you will do

• Own the end-to-end technical build from data ingestion and entity resolution to recommendation logic.
• Collaborate with the build team and enterprise users to pressure-test workflows and product wedges.
• Design evaluation loops for recommendation correctness, constraint failures, and model orchestration.
• Build for enterprise trust, focusing on data isolation, auditability, and secure model routing.
• Decide on the priority of product features such as sentiment mining, win/loss intelligence, or supply chain signals.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on engineering ability across backend systems, data products, and AI-native workflows.
• US work authorization is mandatory; visa sponsorship is not available.
• Experience working with messy, semi-structured data like product catalogs, SKU normalization, or CRM data.
• Proven judgment in building recommendation systems, monitoring, and model orchestration.
• Ability to move quickly from prototype to pilotable system using modern AI coding tools.
• Founder-level curiosity regarding customer workflows and enterprise deployment trust.
