Senior Manager, Customer Success Engineering (SaaS): Leading the North American Customer Success Engineering team to drive technical adoption and business outcomes for enterprise clients with an accent on API infrastructure and developer workflows. Focus on building operational discipline, partnering with Sales leadership, and scaling technical engagement strategies to turn Postman into critical infrastructure.
Location: Must be based in New York, NY (Onsite 5 days a week)
Compensation: $250,000–$280,000 OTE

What you will do
- Hire, lead, and develop a high-performing team of Customer Success Engineers.
- Partner with Sales leadership to prioritize accounts and shape technical engagement strategies.
- Run operational cadences including KPI tracking, risk escalation, and executive reporting.
- Drive capacity allocation to ensure focus on high-impact retention and expansion opportunities.
- Collaborate with Product teams to translate customer technical blockers into actionable roadmap feedback.
- Scale operational models and execution standards to support business growth.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Forward Deployed Engineering, Customer Success, TAM, or Solutions Engineering.
- 5+ years of leadership experience managing post-sales or technical customer teams.
- Proven ability to drive adoption and retention outcomes in complex enterprise accounts.
- Strong operational leadership skills with experience building scalable processes and frameworks.
- Technical fluency in APIs, developer workflows, CI/CD systems, and software delivery practices.
- Must be based in New York, NY and able to work from the office 5 days a week.
