What you will do
- Design, build, and own core infrastructure and service frameworks.
- Develop and maintain data pipelines and deployment tooling.
- Implement observability tooling to monitor system health and performance.
- Improve system reliability, scalability, and cost efficiency.
- Partner with product and ML engineers to optimize throughput and reliability.
- Mentor engineers and raise operational standards across the team.
Requirements
- Strong experience in building and maintaining distributed systems.
- Proficiency in designing and managing scalable infrastructure patterns.
- Experience with data pipelines and developer tooling.
- Ability to set technical direction for infrastructure projects.
- Strong collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related engineering field.
