What you will do

• Qualify and approve new suppliers while conducting regular process, system, and product audits.
• Define quality requirements and lead First Article Inspections (FAI) and qualification processes.
• Track supplier performance using KPIs such as PPM and OTD to drive continuous improvement.
• Investigate quality issues, perform root cause analysis, and ensure effective corrective actions (8D/CAPA).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain high quality standards for purchased materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related).
• Fluent English and German (spoken and written).
• Experience in supplier quality management and audits (ISO 9001, VDA 6.3, IATF 16949).
• Knowledge of APQP/PPAP, FAI, and statistical quality methods (SPC, MSA).
• Proficiency in technical drawings, GD&T, and material specifications.
• Strong problem-solving skills using 8D, 5-Why, and Ishikawa methods.
