What you will do

• Produce 2D and 3D animations, kinetic typography, and motion graphics for marketing campaigns and social media.
• Transform creative briefs and storyboards into polished, modern visual experiences.
• Collaborate with graphic designers, video editors, and marketers to ensure brand consistency.
• Edit and integrate audio, sound effects, and voiceovers into animated projects.
• Optimize assets for various platforms including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Maintain organized project structures and reusable animation libraries.

Requirements

• Must be based in Colombia, Argentina, Brazil, or Costa Rica.
• Must be available during U.S. Business Hours.
• 2+ years of professional motion graphics or animation experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Strong portfolio showcasing animations, motion graphics, or branded content.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with 3D tools like Cinema 4D, Blender, or Maya.
• Background in advertising agencies, SaaS, or e-learning industries.
• Understanding of video marketing KPIs such as CTR and watch time.
