What you will do

• Manage end-to-end event production logistics, including vendor selection, hiring, and onsite execution.
• Create and maintain production timelines to ensure projects stay on schedule.
• Assess and manage budgets of varying scales in collaboration with project managers.
• Communicate with internal cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive alignment.
• Source venues, secure necessary permits, and ensure compliance with insurance requirements.
• Handle administrative tasks including expense reports, invoicing, and contract management.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in the live event production industry.
• Native level of Polish and fluent English.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Understanding of technical production requirements and fabrication techniques.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with partners, brands, and talent.

Nice to have

• Fluency in German.
• Experience in Theater or Stage Management.
• Experience in virtual, outdoor, or large-scale events.
