Compensation: $120,800 – $151,000 annually + 14% target incentives.

What you will do

• Design and deliver VMware and Hyper-V solutions tailored to client requirements and timelines.
• Serve as the primary technical authority for project upgrades, migrations, security enhancements, and policy development.
• Facilitate technical workshops and advise enterprise clients on complex solution deployments.
• Mentor and develop consultants and engineers on technical and soft skills.
• Collaborate with internal teams, end-users, and vendor representatives to ensure service delivery meets contract SLAs.
• Represent the company as a subject matter expert at trade shows and industry events.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in a client-facing professional services role or 10+ years of related industry experience.
• Technical expertise in VCF 9.0 architecture, vSphere, NSX, vSAN, and SDDC Manager.
• Relevant certifications including VCAP-NV (2024) and VMware Cloud Foundation Architect.
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
• Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent industry experience.
