Data Scientist (Fullstack)

What you will do

• Build, maintain, and scale analytics pipelines using SQL and dbt.
• Develop ML models to provide actionable business predictions.
• Create data visualizations and dashboards in Omni to empower stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Product Growth, User Acquisition, and Finance teams on high-impact projects.
• Manage technical debt and improve engineering practices like testing and CI/CD.
• Utilize AI tools to accelerate code development and problem-solving.

Requirements

• University degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Applied Mathematics.
• 4+ years of experience across data science, analytics, or analytics engineering.
• Excellent SQL skills and experience building data models with dbt.
• Strong engineering fundamentals including testing, clean code, and git workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal English proficiency.
• Comfortable working in a remote-first environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with Digital Marketing, User Acquisition, or Growth metrics.
• Familiarity with the current stack: Amplitude, BigQuery, Omni.
• Strong analytical and statistical intuition.
• Prior experience in an agile startup environment.
