What you will do

  • Deliver exceptional customer support via email and phone to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Process returns and refunds efficiently using Refund Sniper.
  • Manage and resolve customer order issues with professionalism and urgency.
  • Handle FedEx and other carrier claims to ensure accurate tracking and resolution.
  • Utilize Zendesk, BigCommerce, SellerCloud, and ShipStation to manage tickets and order processing.
  • Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and resolutions.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in e-commerce customer support is required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a clear, neutral, or polished English accent.
  • Ability to problem-solve and handle customer concerns with patience and professionalism.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Nice to have

  • Proficiency in Zendesk, BigCommerce, SellerCloud, ShipStation, and Refund Sniper.
