Senior UX Designer (Retail/E-commerce)

Senior UX Designer (Retail/E-commerce): Owning the UX roadmap and backlog for a large-scale, consumer-facing retail platform across a multi-brand ecosystem with an accent on UX strategy, Agile delivery, and cross-functional alignment. Focus on translating product and organizational roadmaps into actionable UX stories, supporting sprint execution in Figma, and using UX research and A/B testing to continuously optimize experiences.

Location: Remote (Latin America). Preferred locations: Peru, Mexico, Brazil, Chile, Bolivia, Ecuador, Colombia. Must be able to work in US Central Time.

What you will do

• Manage the UX roadmap and UX backlog for a designated brand in a multi-brand environment.
• Translate organizational and product roadmaps into prioritized UX stories aligned to business goals, user needs, and technical constraints.
• Lead UX strategy and communicate UX priorities, tradeoffs, and decisions to designers, product, engineering, and business stakeholders.
• Support designers during sprint execution by providing context, clarifying requirements, and removing blockers.
• Run design reviews, retrospectives, and ongoing feedback sessions.
• Use Figma to support design work when needed and leverage UX research and A/B testing to validate and improve outcomes.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of UX/Product Design experience.
• Proven experience managing UX roadmaps and backlogs in Agile environments; hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Experience mentoring and leading designers in sprint-based teams.
• Strong e-commerce UX background (B2C and B2B) with case studies showing impact.
• Deep familiarity with Figma and modern web and mobile design systems.
• English: C1 or C2 and must be able to work in US Central Time.
