What you will do

• Enhance and continuously improve HRIS functionality, self-service tools, and system upgrades.
• Partner with senior HR leaders to align HR systems with enterprise business needs.
• Support HRIS projects and system integrations, including planning and change management.
• Ensure compliance, security, and data protection across all HR systems.
• Manage system configurations, picklists, and foundation objects within SuccessFactors.
• Design and manage approval workflows integrated with organizational policies.

Requirements

• Must be based in London, UK for on-site work.
• Expert proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors.
• Proven experience in an HRIS support role and process development.
• Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting.
• Experience working in oil and gas or a similarly complex, regulated environment.

Nice to have

• Degree in a relevant field.
• HR certification.
