Salary: $100,000 - $140,000 + equity

What you will do

• Write and produce content across the business lifecycle, including marketing collateral, white papers, and technical deliverables.
• Lead proposal writing and coordination, including interpreting RFPs and building compliance matrices.
• Distill complex technical inputs from mission engineers and SMEs into clear, persuasive narratives.
• Manage document production under aggressive deadlines and competing priorities.
• Partner across the organization to ensure documentation accuracy and consistency.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Person as defined by ITAR regulations.
• 5+ years of professional technical writing experience in complex engineering domains.
• Demonstrated experience writing and coordinating proposals for US government solicitations.
• Bachelor's degree in English, communications, engineering, or a related field.
• Ability to interview SMEs and produce accurate content from rough inputs.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.

Nice to have

• Experience with spacecraft, satellite, or payload programs.
• Familiarity with government contracting vehicles (CDRLs, DIDs).
• Proficiency with graphics and layout tools like Adobe InDesign or Illustrator.
• APMP certification or equivalent credential.
