What you will do

• Provide leadership across group reporting, financial planning, analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Deliver high-quality financial insights to support strategic decision-making and robust governance.
• Lead the external audit process and manage key auditor relationships.
• Support the buy-and-build strategy by evaluating acquisition opportunities and overseeing integration.
• Develop a scalable finance function capable of supporting continued acquisitive growth.
• Work closely with the CFO, leadership team, and investors to prepare the business for a future exit.

Requirements

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, ACMA or equivalent).
• Proven experience as a Finance Director, Head of Finance, or senior FP&A leader in financial services or PE-backed environments.
• Demonstrable track record of supporting buy-and-build strategies, including M&A and integration.
• Experience managing external audits and influencing senior stakeholders, including investors and lenders.
• Ability to commit to regular weekly travel (approx. 3 days) to the Channel Islands.
• Hands-on, resilient leadership style suitable for a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
