- Extensive experience (typically 12+ years) in software development and complex system design.
- Strong expertise in software architecture, design patterns, and modern development practices.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and experience leading complex technical initiatives.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration across global teams.
