What you will do

• Create high-performing animated and static marketing assets for Meta, TikTok, Google, and app stores.
• Own the end-to-end creative production process, from initial ideation to final animation and sound design.
• Develop fresh concepts, hooks, and visual directions to capture audience attention.
• Continuously experiment with new angles, styles, and formats to optimize ad performance.
• Translate creative learnings into iterative improvements for future campaigns.

Requirements

• Must be based in the European time zone.
• Exceptional portfolio demonstrating strong motion design skills and animation principles.
• Extensive knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly After Effects.
• Strong visual eye with the ability to combine typography, composition, and imagery.
• Ability to take full ownership of projects from concept to final product.
• Experience in performance marketing or mobile advertising is highly preferred.
