TL;DR
Interior/Exterior Renderer (3D Visualization): Creating realistic and detailed architectural renderings for interior and exterior projects with an accent on furniture and fixture modeling. Location: Must be based in the Philippines or the Dominican Republic. Work schedule: 9 AM - 5 PM EST (10 PM - 6 AM PH Time).

What you will do
- Create realistic and detailed renderings for both interior and exterior projects.
- Model furniture, fixtures, and architectural elements accurately.
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines.
- Ensure all work aligns with client specifications and expectations.
- Manage time effectively to deliver projects within tight timelines.
Requirements
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, 3DS Max, and SketchUp.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Experience modeling furniture and fixtures.
- Ability to work during 9 AM - 5 PM EST office hours.
- Ability to meet project deadlines with quick turnaround times.
