TL;DR

Customer Support Specialist (German): Providing high-level support to the worker and client base in the Swiss market with an accent on troubleshooting and resolving complex issues. Focus on managing customer engagement tools, collecting feedback for product development, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Location: Must be based in the UK. The role is remote, but requires occasional travel to Zürich (2-3 times per year).

Salary: £31,000 per annum

What you will do

  • Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and chat professionally.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues to ensure a positive experience.
  • Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex problems.
  • Manage customer engagement tools effectively.
  • Collect and report customer feedback to support Product and Marketing team development.

Requirements

  • Native-level German (spoken and written) is required.
  • Must be based in the UK.
  • Experience in customer service or similar customer-oriented roles.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in a remote team.
  • Digitally savvy with openness to using AI tools.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Intercom.
  • Availability for early morning shifts (06:00am).
