TL;DR
Packaging Designer (Structural): Developing functional and cost-efficient folding carton structures with an accent on precision engineering and material optimization. Focus on creating accurate dielines and 3D prototypes to ensure production readiness and brand alignment.
Location: Must be based in the Philippines. Working hours: 9 AM - 5 PM EST (9 PM - 5 AM PH Time).

What you will do
- Design and develop folding carton structures tailored to specific product dimensions and client needs.
- Create precise dielines and 3D prototypes using ArtiosCAD or Cimex CAD Design.
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure designs are manufacturable and assembly-ready.
- Recommend optimal box styles and materials to balance protection, cost, and branding.
- Maintain organized project files and strict version control.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in structural packaging design for folding cartons.
- Proficiency in ArtiosCAD or Cimex CAD Design.
- Strong understanding of die-cutting, gluing, and finishing processes.
- Ability to interpret client requirements and translate them into technical packaging solutions.
- Experience with various folding styles such as tuck-end, crash bottom, and sleeves.
